It meant facing the heartbreak, the pain, the fear I had buried so deep that I thought I had escaped it. But emotions don’t just go away. If you don’t deal with them, they’ll find a way to rise up and make you uncomfortable.

That’s why emotional and mental health is just as important as physical health. If you don’t do the inner work—if you don’t get to the root of why you feel unstable, why you attract hardship, why you keep repeating the same cycles—nothing on the outside is going to change.
